Overview

• The North America Employment & Compensation Practice Group offers "one stop" domestic and international employment law counseling and litigation services to multinational companies, covering global workforce management, expansion/exit, and litigation defense.
• The role specifically focuses on domestic Labor & Employment Disputes, encompassing litigation of multijurisdictional class and collective actions and high stakes, complex disputes.
• Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, with Law Review experience noted as an example.
• Major top tier law firm experience in an employment litigation practice is preferred.
• A federal judicial clerkship is considered a plus.
