The role focuses on wage & hour class actions, single-plaintiff matters, and preventative counseling, with a strong emphasis on strategic advice for diverse clients.

The ideal candidate will have a California bar, 7+ years of labor & employment experience, and the ability to lead complex cases in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with a California bar license.
• Significant experience (7+ years preferred) in labor & employment litigation and counseling
• Demonstrated expertise in wage & hour class actions, single-plaintiff employment cases, and regulatory compliance
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with partners and clients in a fast-paced environment
