The ideal candidate will have a strong civil defense background, with proven ability to provide strategic legal advice and advocacy for diverse clients, and to work collaboratively with partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with a California bar license.
• 7+ years experience in labor & employment litigation and counseling.
• Expertise in wage & hour class actions, single-plaintiff cases, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with partners and clients in a fast-paced environment.
