• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
• Comfort with AI-driven tools to boost efficiency

Aufgaben

• Represent employers in wage-and-hour, PAGA, and class action litigation
• Handle a wide range of labor and employment matters from inception to resolution
• Advise clients on compliance with evolving California and federal employment laws
• Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation filings
• Participate in discovery, including depositions and document review
• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings and settlement documents
• Represent clients in disputes involving non-compete and non-solicitation agreements
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop practical client solutions
