H.T. Prof Executive Search is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney for a leading management-side firm in Los Angeles. The role involves handling wage and hour, PAGA, and class action matters with significant responsibility and client interaction.

Qualified candidates possess a JD from a top-tier law school, California bar admission in good standing, and 4–7 years of substantive labor and employment experience, including compliance guidance. Hybrid work model offered.

• Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing
• 4-7 years of substantive labor and employment law experience

Aufgaben

• Represent employers in wage and hour, PAGA, and class action litigation matters
• Handle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Advise clients on compliance with evolving California and federal employment laws
• Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation filings
• Participate in discovery including depositions, document review, and discovery responses
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, pleadings, and settlement documentation
• Represent clients in disputes involving non-compete and non-solicitation agreements
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategic, practical solutions tailored to client needs
