Jobot is seeking an experienced wage-and-hour Associate Attorney to join our labor and employment team in Riverside, California. This role offers hybrid flexibility and a lucrative compensation package, with a clear path to partnership and a strong annual salary range of $160,000-$250,000.

You will handle class action and PAGA matters from discovery to trial, perform legal research, manage client relationships, and negotiate settlements.

• Strong research and writing abilities in labor law.
• Ability to manage client relationships and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Handle Class Action and PAGA litigation from discovery through trial.
• Attend trials and prepare for trial as necessary.
• Conduct legal research on labor and employment laws.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and advise on business needs.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements to resolve disputes efficiently.
