The attorney will manage all phases of litigation from discovery through trial, conduct extensive legal research, and advise clients on complex employment issues. Hybrid work option, competitive annual reviews, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience handling wage-and-hour and class action matters.
• Experience with PAGA lawsuits and related filings.
• Strong litigation, research, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle class action and PAGA matters from start to finish including discovery, depositions, and motions.
• Prepare for and attend trials as needed.
• Conduct legal research to stay current on labor and employment law and regulatory developments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide effective legal solutions.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements to resolve disputes efficiently and favorably.
