Job summary

Cole Scott & Kissane in West Palm Beach, FL seeks a labor and employment attorney to join our team. The attorney will handle employment-related claims, take and defend depositions, draft motions, and represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials.

Qualified candidates must be Florida Bar members with at least two years of litigation experience in labor and employment law, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience preferred, preferably in labor and employment law.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
