Job summary

Cole, Scott & Kissane seeks an attorney with 3-5 years of maritime litigation experience in Miami, FL to join our trial team.

You will take depositions, draft motions, attend hearings and trials, and provide client-focused legal analysis. Florida Bar license required; strong communication and teamwork skills essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar.
• 3–5 years of experience in maritime law.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
