Qualifications

• 3+ years of substantive labor & employment experience in a national, regional, or boutique firm environment including exposure to wage & hour matters.
• Strong employment litigation experience required, with meaningful experience handling matters through discovery and motion practice.
• Experience with employment counseling, internal investigations, restrictive covenants and/or class and collective actions is a plus

Responsibilities

• Join a sophisticated employment litigation practice handling management-side matters including discrimination, wage & hour, and class/collective actions.
• Work directly with experienced partners and gain meaningful client exposure early in your career.
• Build a broader employment practice spanning litigation, counseling and investigations and develop business with firm support.
