H. T. Prof Executive Search is assisting a prominent AmLaw 100 international law firm in Los Angeles and San Francisco to recruit a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney (mid-senior).

This role focuses on wage-and-hour class actions within a premier Labor & Employment Group. Candidates should have a JD from a top-tier law school, California bar admission, 3–5 years of employment litigation experience, strong research and writing skills, and a desire for trial work in a collaborative,

• Active California bar in good standing.
• 3–5 years of substantive employment litigation experience.
• Strong legal research and writing skills producing high-quality work.
• Experience drafting pleadings and managing discovery.

Mansioni

• Handle complex employment litigation, including defense of wage & hour class actions.
• Draft and refine pleadings, motions, and related filings.
• Participate in trials and contribute to trial preparation.
• Manage and oversee discovery, including written discovery and depositions.
• Collaborate with partners across CA offices to develop litigation strategies.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on evolving class action issues.
• Maintain clear, client-ready communication and deliver practical guidance.
