Job description

Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 5-7 years of civil litigation experience to join the Washington, DC office. Although an extensive labor and employment law background is not essential, candidates should have a working knowledge of employment-related issues and demonstrate a strong interest in litigating and advising clients on workplace matters. The successful candidate will be a highly effective communicator with a demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with colleagues and clients, a strong desire to work in an in-office environment, and a proven record of delivering exceptional written advocacy and work product. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with and openness to leveraging AI-driven and emerging technologies, with the aptitude to apply them effectively to enhance efficiency, client service, and legal work product. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia; licensure in Maryland and/or Virginia is a plus.

Pursuant to Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Maryland regulation, the annual salary range for this position is $255,000 to $270,000, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
