Key responsibilities include counseling management on California labor matters, representing clients in courts and agencies, and drafting pleadings and briefs for employment litigation.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience at a top-tier law firm in employment law.
• Admitted to the California Bar with a JD from an accredited school.
• Strong knowledge of California wage-and-hour laws and employment regulations.
• Ability to mentor junior attorneys and manage client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to management on California labor law matters.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts and before agencies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs for employment litigation.
• Advise on compliance with wage-and-hour laws and workplace policies.
• Develop strategies for resolving disputes efficiently and mentor junior attorneys.
