Qualifications

• Admission to the California Bar is expected.

• Demonstrated expertise in general California employment law.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to management and employers on California labor law matters.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs for employment litigation cases.
• Advise clients on compliance with California wage and hour laws, workplace policies, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement strategies for resolving employment disputes efficiently and effectively.
• Manage and mentor junior attorneys and support staff as needed.
• Stay informed about legislative and regulatory changes impacting employment law in California and advise clients.
