Qualifications

• 2–3 years of employment-related litigation experience.
• Experience in single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff matters, class and collective actions.
• Record of distinguished academic achievement.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• In good standing in California.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment litigation matters in Los Angeles, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Manage cases from intake to resolution, with attention to client service and cost-effective strategies.
