Bequette, Billingsley & Kees, PA in the Little Rock metropolitan area is seeking a highly capable Associate Attorney to join our on-site team. You will draft and review legal documents, conduct research, and prepare memoranda and case analyses while supporting senior attorneys on strategy and client matters.

You will also take depositions, review contracts and related documents, communicate with clients, and appear at hearings as needed. Arkansas bar admission or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Arkansas (or eligibility).
• Strong foundation in interpreting statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Experience with labor and employment law preferred.
