Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of litigation matters from filing to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and case strategy development.
• Take and defend depositions of witnesses.
• Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff on case development.
