Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and Arkansas Bar admission required.
• Additional state bar licenses valuable for the firm.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-demand letter reviews of new claims.
• Review and approve legal pleadings for filing.
• Appear for hearings in select venues.
