The Little Rock office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. seeks an Associate Attorney to join its expanding Civil Litigation Practice Group and contribute to case strategy and development.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of litigation experience with a focus on commercial and/or employment litigation, and must be active in good standing of the Arkansas Bar. The role offers a collaborative environment and opportunities to grow with experienced litigators.

Qualifications

The Little Rock, AR office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its expanding Civil Litigation Practice Group. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to join a growing team and work with experienced litigators in a collaborative environment, while contributing to case strategy and development.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of litigation experience with a focus on commercial and/or employment litigation preferred, but certainly not required. Transferrable litigation experience is welcome. Candidates must be active members in good standing of the Arkansas Bar.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent and defend clients in hearings, trials, and depositions
  • Consult and counsel clients, effectively communicate on cases, providing consistent updates and comprehensive legal advice

Compensation:

Salary starts at $130,000-$135,000, commensurate with experience, plus two bonus structures and a comprehensive benefits package.
