Job summary

Northwest Arkansas law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join its civil litigation practice, handling real estate, construction, and business disputes with experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment. The role requires the ability to take on a caseload immediately and deliver practical guidance to clients.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active Arkansas bar in good standing.
  • Civil litigation experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with real estate, construction, contract, or business disputes is a plus.
  • Strong research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills.

  • Assist with settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution.
  • Maintain accurate case files, deadlines, and billable-time records.

Growing Northwest Arkansas law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its civil litigation practice. This position offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated matters involving real estate, construction disputes, and business litigation while working alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment. Looking for someone with experience that can take on a caseload immediately!

Responsibilities
  • Manage civil litigation matters from initial evaluation through resolution
  • Represent clients in real estate, construction, contract, and business disputes
  • Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and correspondence

Qualifications

  • Active license to practice law in Arkansas and in good standing

  • Experience involving real estate, construction, contract, or business disputes is a plus
  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
  • Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and client-service skills
  • Willingness to take ownership of matters while working collaboratively with the firm’s attorneys and staff
