The ideal candidate has 4+ years of employment litigation experience, is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, and holds an active license. The role offers a hybrid schedule with competitive compensation of $240k+ plus bonus and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in employment litigation.
• Experience drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings.
• Drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions.
• State and federal court and arbitration experience in discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination matters.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in state and federal court and arbitration.
• Draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions.
• Manage discovery, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Advise on discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination matters.

• Billables only 1800
• Competitive Compensation $240k+, based on experience, plus bonus
• Hybrid Schedule

Who They're Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in employment litigation, including experience drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions, primarily in state and federal court and arbitration involving claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and other related matters.
• JD & active license in MA
