Labor & Employment Associate Attorney will be responsible for:

• Interpreting and providing advice on different kinds of labor and employment laws, including wage and hour laws, discrimination, disability leave laws, workplace safety, workplace harassment, and wrongful discharge
• Reviewing employment contracts and advising clients on their legal rights
• Recommending legal action
• Representing clients in court in civil lawsuits

Required work experience includes:

• 2-10 years of experience in labor and employment laws
• MUST have a Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school
• MUST have an active Massachusetts State Bar license (other state licenses are a plus)
• Experience litigating cases in court is a plus
