Lateral Link is partnering with the Boston office of a national firm to hire a Labor and Employment Associate with 3-7 years of experience in a hybrid work environment. The successful candidate will draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings, argue motions, and take as well as defend depositions in state and federal courts and arbitration.

Massachusetts law license is mandatory, along with a record of excellent academic performance.

Formación

• 3–7 years of labor and employment experience.
• Experience handling discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination cases.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Massachusetts license and excellent academic record required.
• Experience drafting and responding to discovery and pleadings; taking/defending depositions.
