Job summary

The role involves defending against various employment litigation and providing counseling on federal and state laws. Offices include Denver, Kansas City, Minneapolis, and Seattle.

Qualifications

• Four to six years of relevant experience in Labor & Employment litigation.
• JD required and must be licensed where office resides plus California.
• Experience with handling matters from discovery to trial and advising on federal/state law.

Responsibilities

• Defend single plaintiff discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour matters.
• Manage matters through all phases of litigation including discovery, motion practice, mediation and trial prep.
• Provide employment counseling on federal and state employment laws and regulations.
