• Experience managing PAGA matters and class/representative actions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defend against discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage/hour matters.
• Manage PAGA matters and class/representative actions.
• Independently handle day-to-day case work while collaborating with partners and clients.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, and motions.
