Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience within the past 4 years.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Minnesota license.
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations.
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 6 months between Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health.
• Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Unit/Facility Details:

• Nurse to patient ratio of this unit:
• 1:3 mom/baby couplets, 1:5 GYN/Med-Surge patients, 1:3-4 pediatrics.

Shift & Scheduling:

12 hr D/N rotate. Every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays.

Floating Requirements:

• Must be willing to float to Med-Surg & Tele.

Maximum time off:

7 days.
