Job summary
HCA Florida Capital Hospital is seeking a Manager of Labor and Delivery to lead daily operations, staffing, and delivery floor performance. You will ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and maintain compliance with policy and quality outcomes.

Qualifications
- ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Basic Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Neonatal Resuscitation must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
- APRN or RN credential required.
- Associate Degree or RN Diploma required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily function and staffing of the unit/department.
- Monitor nursing care per policies and procedures; ensure quality outcomes.
- Hold staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.
