Job summary

Qualifications
- Current Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- Basic computer literacy skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensures patient rooms are ready with equipment and supplies during labor and delivery.
- Assists with bed baths, ambulation, and catheter care as needed.
- Obtains and documents vital signs of patients and newborns before, during, and after delivery.
- Prepares rooms for vaginal delivery and C-Section, collaborating with the RN and surgical team.
- Maintains sterility throughout operative procedures and assists with instrument counts.
