Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring a Labor & Delivery Nurse (RN) in the Palm Springs, CA area. The role supports laboring mothers with obstetric teams, including antepartum, birthing, gynecology, and related care. Shift options include day, night, and mid shifts with full-time, part-time, or per diem availability.

Required ADN or higher, active RN license, 1+ years in L&D preferred, BLS/ACLS, and strong communication. EHR proficiency and teamwork with physicians and nurses are essential.

Qualifications

ADN or higher from an accredited program.
Active and unencumbered RN license.
1+ years of Labor & Delivery or related field preferred.
BLS and ACLS certification.
Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork with physicians and nurses.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, and implement care strategies for laboring mothers with obstetric team.
Monitor vital signs, contractions, and fetal heart rates with timely interventions.
Administer medications and epidurals per orders.
Provide emotional support and patient/family education throughout labor and delivery.
Document status and treatment outcomes per guidelines.
