CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center in Los Angeles is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN for full-time days, offering a $25k sign-on bonus. The unit operates 12-hour days (6:45am–7:15pm) with a 0.9 FTE and 36–72 hours per bi-weekly period.

Requirements include ADN, California RN license, BLS/ACLS, EHR experience, and obstetric knowledge. Preferred BSN and at least one year of recent L&D experience; strong communication and teamwork are essential in a union environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited ADN program.
• BSN preferred for applicants.
• Minimum one year RN Labor and Delivery experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of obstetrical procedures and protocols.
• Must be able to work in a union environment.
• Current California RN license and required certifications.

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct, delegate, coordinate and provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process.
• Report to the Clinical Nurse Director and work in the Labor and Delivery unit.
