Grady Health System in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to deliver age-appropriate, culturally sensitive care within a collaborative team. The RN Pool supports continuity of care, coordinates across units, and leads clinical practice initiatives to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities include data collection, care planning, patient and family education, and advocacy. PRN staff float to different units as needed and must work a minimum of four 12‑hour shifts per schedule,

Formación

• A minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
• A Bachelors of Science in Nursing is strongly preferred.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience is required.
• Current Georgia license as a Registered Professional Nurse required.
• Current AHA BLS healthcare provider card required.
• ACLS Certification required for all specified areas; new graduates must obtain within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient/family health or the situation.
• Provides clinical leadership for all staff members and maintains inter-professional team focus.
• Identifies expected outcomes for patient/family and develops an individualized plan of care.
• Coordinates care delivery and executes the plan with patient- and family-centered advocacy.
• Provides education to patient/family and other health care providers.
