Qualifications

• ADN or higher from an accredited program
• Active RN license in good standing
• 1+ years in Labor & Delivery or obstetrics preferred
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement care plans for laboring patients in collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team
• Monitor vital signs, contractions, and fetal heart rates; intervene as needed
• Administer medications and epidurals as prescribed
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
• Document patient status and care outcomes per guidelines
