Incredible Health is hiring Labor & Delivery RN in Jackson, MI area. Shift options include night shifts, with full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities. Requires ADN or higher, active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 1+ year L&D experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (unencumbered).
• ADN or higher from accredited program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• 1+ years in Labor & Delivery, Obstetrics, or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork with physicians and nurses.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan care for laboring patients with obstetric team.
• Monitor vitals, contractions, fetal heart rates; intervene as needed.
• Administer medications and epidurals as prescribed.
• Provide patient and family education and emotional support.
• Document patient status and outcomes per guidelines.
