Qualifications

• ADN or higher from an accredited program.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1+ years in Labor & Delivery or related field preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement care for laboring mothers with obstetric team.
• Monitor vitals, contractions, fetal heart rate, and intervene as needed.
• Administer medications and epidurals as prescribed.
• Provide emotional and educational support to patients and families.
• Document status and outcomes per guidelines.
