Qualifications
- Associates in Nursing required.
- Bachelor's in Nursing required within 5 years for new grads or those with less than 1 year RN experience.
- Graduates from non-accredited nursing programs must have acute care experience or licensed health care role experience and pass NCLEX.
- MI RN license required or within 60 days of hire for new grads.
- BLS/ARC/Cardiac ST(BLS) required on hire/transfer.
- NRP required within 6 months of hire/transfer.
- EFM certification required within 1 year.
- Specialty certification highly recommended within 2 years.
- Requires inpatient acute care RN experience; L&D RN experience highly preferred.
