Incredible Health is hiring a Labor & Delivery Nurse (RN) in Michigan for night shifts, serving the Jackson area. The role involves caring for laboring mothers with obstetric teams and ensuring patient safety and well-being.

Must hold ADN or higher, active RN license, 1+ year OB/Labor & Delivery experience, and BLS/ACLS. Strong communication and EHR skills are required to collaborate with physicians and nurses.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in nursing from an accredited program
• Active RN license
• 1+ years in Labor and Delivery/OB or related field
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Strong communication and teamwork with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement care for laboring mothers with obstetric teams
• Monitor vital signs, contractions, and fetal heart rates with timely interventions
• Administer medications and treatments including epidurals and IV fluids
• Provide emotional and educational support to patients and families
• Document patient status and treatment outcomes per guidelines
