Incredible Health is seeking a Labor & Delivery Nurse (RN) to join our Jackson, MI team. You will work with obstetricians to monitor laboring mothers, assess fetal status, and provide medications and support throughout the delivery process.

The role requires an ADN or higher, an active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 1+ year L&D experience. Excellent communication and EHR proficiency are essential. Shift options include night, full-time, part-time, and per diem assignments.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher from an accredited program
• Active and unencumbered RN license
• 1+ years in Labor & Delivery or related field preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong interpersonal communication and team collaboration
• Proficiency with EHR systems and standard L&D equipment

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement care for laboring mothers with obstetric partners
• Monitor vital signs, contractions, and fetal heart rates; intervene as needed
• Administer medications and treatments including epidurals and IV fluids
• Provide emotional and educational support to patients and families
• Document patient status and treatment outcomes per guidelines
