DeTar Healthcare System is seeking a Registered Nurse for a part-time, night-shift role at our Victoria, TX facility. You will provide patient-centered care using the nursing process, coordinate with the care team, and educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.

Responsibilities include administering medications, conducting assessments, documenting findings, and collaborating with physicians to develop and evaluate care plans.

Formación

• RN license valid in Texas or a compact state.
• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in an acute care setting.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and part-time schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Conducts thorough patient assessments and documents findings.
• Administers medications and monitors for adverse effects.
• Collaborates with physicians and staff to plan individualized care.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in CPR and code team activities.
• Educates obstetric patients and supports labor/delivery and postpartum care.
