Qualifications

• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience is required or expected during student rotations.
• RN licensure and BCLS certification are required.
• ACLS is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to create and update care plans.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Document care and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
