Qualifications include a Maryland RN license, 1 year RN experience, and required BLS with ACLS/PALS/NRP as needed. This full-time night shift provides comprehensive benefits and a values-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Passing score on NCLEX.
• Current Maryland RN license.
• Active BLS certification; ACLS/PALS/NRP as required.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families through the continuum of care.
• Serve as role model to Level I nurses and use electronic resources.
• Develop a care plan according to patient population.
• Identify changes in patient condition and initiate action.
• Mentor students, colleagues and team members in patient-centered care.
• Conduct rounding from patient and family perspectives.
• Apply literature findings to practice and participate in practice changes.
