Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team. The role includes teaching and supporting other caregivers, and ensuring safe, evidence-based nursing practice.

The ideal candidate holds an NJ RN license with BLS/CPR, 2–3 years inpatient experience preferred, and ACLS/NRP are desirable. BSN strongly preferred or plan to obtain within 3 years, with a strong commitment to teamwork and quality care.

Qualifications

• RN license in New Jersey required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• 2-3 years inpatient nursing experience preferred.
• ACLS/NRP preferred.
• BSN strongly preferred or willing to obtain within 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate patient care activities with nursing peers, physicians, and support services.
• Delineate and oversee care, delegation, evaluation, and coordination.
• Deliver care according to evidence-based policies and standards.
• Communicate patient status and treatment plans to patients and families.
