Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is hiring for an RN in the Maternal Child Department in New Jersey. The role requires strong patient-centered care, effective communication with the team, and adherence to evidence-based nursing practices.

Responsibilities

Delivery of nursing practices according to evidence-based research, nursing policies, and standards of care to provide safe, patient-centered care.
Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues and health care team regarding patient status and care plans.
Responsible for patient satisfaction and care experience.
Medication administration using clinical documentation technology.
Patient and family centered care to optimize health and disease management.
Interdisciplinary collaboration from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning.
