Incredible Health in Perth Amboy, NJ is seeking a Labor & Delivery RN to support laboring mothers and newborns in a busy hospital setting. ADN or higher, active RN license, and BLS/ACLS are required, with 1+ year obstetrics experience preferred.

You will monitor vitals, administer medications including epidurals, provide family education, and document care in the EHR. This full-time role offers competitive pay and solid benefits within a Magnet-recognized system.

Qualifications

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher from an accredited program.
Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
1+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery, Obstetrics, or related field preferred.
BLS and ACLS certification.
Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and healthcare team.
Proficiency in EHR and standard L&D equipment.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, and implement care for laboring mothers with obstetricians and healthcare team.
Monitor vital signs, contractions, fetal heart rates; intervene as needed.
Administer medications and treatments including epidurals and IV fluids.
Provide emotional and educational support to patients and families.
Document changes and outcomes per guidelines.
