Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ohio.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage patient care with supervision as needed.
• Basic computer skills; prior EMR charting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient care for an assigned group of patients using evidence-based practice.
• Assist providers with patient assessment, examinations and treatments.
• Administer medications according to organization policies and guidelines.
• Assist in emergency situations under provider direction.
• Document assessments, interventions and outcomes clearly in the patient chart.

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Current Ohio RN license

Current BLS/CPR

EMR charting experience
