Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to plan, organize and manage patient care with delegation.
• Basic computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient care for an assigned group of patients.
• Assist providers with patient assessment, exams and treatments.
• Perform basic medical procedures under supervision.
• Administer medications according to policy and guidelines.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses and procedures.
• Document assessments and interventions accurately in the chart.
• Support care team and ensure accountability for care delivered.
