Job summary

Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Labor and Delivery unit. The position is full-time (36 hours per week) with day shifts from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, including rotating weekends and holidays.

Floating to mother baby as needed may be required to support patient care across units. Requires an Associate Degree or higher in Nursing with eligibility for Illinois licensure, plus CPR/ACLS, C-EFM, and NRP certifications within defined timeframes.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; BSN within five years of start date.
• Current IL RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification; ACLS within 6 months; C-EFM within 1 year; NRP within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per Illinois RN Practice Act and hospital policies; monitor patient status; plan and evaluate care; delegate tasks as appropriate; contribute to unit goals.
