Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing is required.
• If ADN is highest, must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of start date.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure.
• Current BLS through AHA.
• ACLS within six months of start date.
• C-EFM within one year of start date.
• NRP within six months of start date.
• Labor and delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per Illinois RN Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assess patient condition, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations.
• Delegate appropriate tasks and collaborate with the healthcare team.
