Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is seeking an experienced RN for per diem night shifts (7 pm–7:30 am) with rotating weekends/holidays. Per Diem Level 1: 32-72 hrs per 6-week schedule. Floating to mother-baby as needed. Responsibilities include nursing care, assessments, documentation, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher required.
• If ADN is highest degree, must obtain Bachelor’s within five years of start date.
• ACLS, C-EFM, NRP certifications required or will be obtained within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per Illinois Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assess patient condition, plan and evaluate care, and monitor progress.
• Delegate appropriate tasks and function as part of a multidisciplinary team.
