Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Licensed RN in the state of practice; CPR/BLS required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary team.
• Administers medications and treatments per standards and policies.
• Documents care in accordance with standards of care.
• Assesses, plans, intervenes, and evaluates patient care.
• Develops and executes individualized patient care plans.
