Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting.
• RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BCLS) required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with organizational policies and the nursing process.
• Assists physicians during procedures within the scope of competency and skill level.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in life-saving interventions, including CPR.
• Documents patient care and education thoroughly in the medical record.
• Promotes patient safety and infection control standards.
